Hix is a one-of-a-kind, quirky gentleman who has been patiently waiting far too long for his perfect match. At 5 years old, he’s the perfect blend of low-key and adventurous. He enjoys going for walks, exploring new places, and people-watching — but he’s equally happy curling up on the couch for a good cuddle and some TV time.
This dapper guy gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. He walks politely with our junior and adult volunteers and never rushes through his outings — he likes to take his time and enjoy the world around him.
His foster mom says Hix is crate-trained, house-trained, and a total gentleman in the home. Whether you’re looking for a single companion or an addition to your pack, he’ll fit right in.
Hix is up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and neutered.
