Meet Howard! This little genius is a purr machine with a playful personality and a big heart. Whether he’s busy exploring his universe, wrestling with his toys, or purring up a storm, Howard is always ready for his next adventure. He’s looking for a home where he can continue his research in fun, friendship, and feline mischief! Howard must be adopted with a littermate or into a home with another playful kitty to be his partner in crime. Bazinga!
